What is included, and how do we work?
Design, ads, brochures, presentations, newsletters and simple landing pages. Larger tasks are divided up or agreed separately. Revisions within the agreed task are included and affect how many tasks we can complete.
The work includes the necessary initial assessment, rather than extensive market research. Please share your audience, insights, text, brand manual and previous research.
Smaller tasks normally receive a first draft within 1 to 2 working days after the task and material are clarified. The number of completed tasks depends on scope and revisions.

How the agreement works in practice.
How much can we get done each month?
You can send tasks continuously. I work on one active task at a time. Six to ten smaller tasks may be possible, but this is not a fixed promise. A brochure or published landing page may take several days. Larger tasks are divided into stages, and additional capacity can be agreed when parallel production is needed.
Can we request changes?
Yes. Revisions within the agreed task are included. Time spent on revisions affects how many new tasks we can complete.
How do we handle the brief and research?
You describe the goal and share any text, images, brand manual and existing market insights. I make an initial assessment and review relevant references. Extensive market research, user interviews and strategy work are not included in this monthly agreement.
How does the free trial task work?
Send a short description of a task you need help with. I review the enquiry and agree on a small, specific delivery and expected timing with you. The agreed trial task is free. Larger tasks can be reduced to a suitable trial or quoted separately. Afterwards, you decide whether to continue with a monthly agreement. No subscription starts automatically.
