Context and challenge

Many e-commerce concepts and decisions need dividing into smaller steps so users can more easily understand what happens and why.

My role

I worked on learning structure, user journeys, navigation, the responsive interface and ongoing improvements.

Creative concept

The learning flow begins with concrete situations before introducing terminology and decisions, connecting theory to practice.

Design strategy and decisions

The journey moves from a situation and example to a decision and explanation. Help text and terminology explanations support learners. Topics include sales, inventory, marketing, content and customer experience.

Outcome and deliverables

The prototype works with clear situations, choices and explanations. I have not documented learning outcomes through a separate study.
