A working prototype for practising operations and decisions in a fictional online store.
A self-initiated learning project using fictional business data. It is not a client assignment or a validated employee training programme.

The starting point
Connect e-commerce concepts with practical situations, allowing learners to explore a decision and the reasoning behind it.

My role
I worked on the learning structure, user journeys, navigation, responsive interface and iterative refinement.

Design decisions
The journey moves from a situation and example to a decision and explanation. Contextual hints and terminology explanations support the learner. Topics include sales, inventory, marketing, content and customer experience.

What the project demonstrates
A working educational prototype. Development checks and feedback informed improvements; independent learner testing is the next step. Learning outcomes have not been established.
